In terms of personnel capabilities, it focuses on the three dimensions of "capability assessment - personnel training - human-machine collaboration," establishing job competency models and competence assessment mechanisms to explore the construction of a new operational capability model of "human-machine collaboration." The institutional assurance aspect integrates methods and regulations, technical standards, operational procedures, and timely tasks to form a complete process institutional loop. The process assurance focuses on 10 core processes such as stability architecture management, observable management, monitoring and alarm management, inspection management, and fault management, providing a clear operational path for securities firms to follow in practice.
