According to the Qichacha App, recently, China Communications Construction First Highway Engineering Bureau Water Conservancy Engineering Co., Ltd. was established, with Dai Fangjun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: management of flood control and drainage facilities; management of municipal facilities; construction of landscaping projects; environmental emergency treatment services, etc. Equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by China Communications Construction's subsidiary, China Communications Construction First Highway Engineering Bureau Group Co., Ltd., among others.
