According to the Enterprise Check App, Yuaquxi Northwest Hydropower New Energy Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Lv Hongwei as the legal representative and a registered capital of 1 million RMB. Its business scope includes power generation, power transmission, and power supply; wind power generation technology services; and solar power generation technology services. Equity penetration information from Enterprise Check shows that the company is indirectly fully owned by China Energy Construction.
