According to the Tianyancha App, from August 4th to August 5th, Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited added 16 new executed person information, with a total amount of 16.7 billion yuan, involving bill disputes, contract disputes and other cases. Some of the executed persons in these cases also included Hengde Real Estate Development Company Limited and Guangzhou Evergrande Materials Equipment Company Limited. The courts involved in the executions were the Huangpu District People's Court in Guangzhou and the Intermediate People's Court in Hengshui City, Hebei Province. The risk information shows that Evergrande Real Estate Group Limited currently has more than 570 executed person information records, with a total executed amount exceeding 55.9 billion yuan. In addition, the company also has multiple restriction on consumption orders, dishonest executed persons and final cases information.
