Yaomazi initiates IPO counseling

According to the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Yaomazi Food Co., Ltd. applied for counseling registration at the Sichuan Securities Regulatory Bureau on August 5, 2025, intending to publicly issue shares to qualified investors and list on the stock exchange. The counseling agent is China International Capital Corporation Limited. Public information shows that the company is engaged in the production of Sichuan pepper oil and Sichuan pepper-flavored compound seasonings.
