China Finance APP News, Aiside (002416.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire a 13.6365% equity stake in the investment platform Guangqingcheng Aiyao Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) held by the team through its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Aiside Technology and Innovation Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Aiside Technology and Innovation") for a transfer price of 102 million yuan. After this acquisition is completed, the company will indirectly hold 100% equity stake in Guangqingcheng Aiside Innovation Investment Partnership Enterprise.
