This campus recruitment is open to over 5000 job opportunities for 2026 graduates, covering eight major job categories including research and development, product, and operations, continuing to increase recruitment efforts for outstanding global campus talents. Compared to ByteDance's 2025 campus recruitment of over 4000 job opportunities, this year's recruitment shows a significant increase in scale. Data shows that the recruitment for research and development positions has increased by 23% year-on-year, with algorithms, frontend, and client side seeing the largest increases. Non-research and development positions also show a significant increase in demand, with plans to recruit over 1500 people.
