Changsheng Bearing: Shareholders intend to transfer 7.8855 million shares through inquiry of price.

Changsheng Bearing announced that Jiashan Baisheng Investment Management Partnership Enterprise and Lu Xiaolin plan to reduce their holdings by 7.8855 million shares, accounting for 2.65% of the total share capital of the company, through the inquiry transfer method. The minimum transfer price for this inquiry transfer shall not be lower than 70% of the average trading price of Changsheng Bearing's stock for the previous 20 trading days before the date of sending the subscription invitation. The transferee shall be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance. The transferred shares shall not be transferred within 6 months.
