The People's Bank of China and six other departments jointly issued the "Guiding Opinions on Financial Support for the New Industrialization," which requires promoting the gathering and specialized development of financial resources towards industrial clusters, advancing a series of measures to facilitate cross-border financial services such as trade settlement, fund management, and investment financing, supporting the rational layout and expansion of industries, and promoting the strengthening of the domestic circular economy.
