Chunghwa Biomedical: Due to adverse weather conditions, the global release schedule is delayed.

China Fruits announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that due to the black rainstorm warning and extreme weather conditions on the morning of August 5, the expected global share sale schedule as stated in the prospectus and formal announcement will be delayed. The global share sale will be carried out according to an updated expected timeline, with trading of shares expected to begin on the Stock Exchange on August 11.
