Fujian: Promoting Reasonable Growth of Labor Compensation

According to the official website of the People's Government of Fujian Province, the "Implementation Opinions of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Fujian Province on Promoting High-Quality and Sufficient Employment in an All-Around Way" was released to the public on August 5th. Among other things, it proposes to improve the initial distribution mechanism of factors such as labor, knowledge, and technology by contribution participation, and increase the proportion of labor remuneration in the initial distribution. It also suggests exploring models like "use first, pay later" for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements to improve efficiency and income for researchers. There is also emphasis on macro guidance in enterprise wage distribution, improving the management of wage distribution within state-owned enterprises, and shifting salary distribution towards key positions, production front-line positions, and urgently needed high-level, high-skilled talent.
