It will establish a platform for connecting employment and entrepreneurship resources, implement entrepreneurial guarantee loans and interest subsidy policies, support the construction of entrepreneurial incubation bases, rural entrepreneurial parks projects, and provide rewards and subsidies to those with significant employment creation effects. It will comprehensively promote the construction of online on-demand labor platforms, reasonably layout labor stations, and promote broad coverage of accidental injury commercial insurance for employees through government purchasing of services. It supports flexible employment and provides certain social insurance subsidies to individuals facing employment difficulties, university graduates within 2 years of graduation who have not yet found employment, engaging in flexible employment as stipulated. In accordance with national deployment, it promotes occupational injury protection for employees in new forms of employment.
