According to the website of the People's Government of Fujian Province, the "Implementation Opinions of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China and the People's Government of Fujian Province on Promoting Comprehensive Promotion of High-quality and Sufficient Employment" was released to the public on August 5th. It proposes strengthening education and guidance on employment concepts, promoting career enlightenment, occupational awareness, and occupational experience in ordinary high school stages, incorporating career education and employment guidance courses as compulsory courses in the talent training programs of universities, promoting the deep integration of employment education with ideological and political education and professional education, and guiding graduates to establish correct views on personal development, careers, and employment. It also encourages graduates to enter factories, workshops, industrial parks, and rural areas, and promotes the employment model of "mentorship" in manufacturing enterprises.
