Jinshi Technology and other investors have established a new company, which includes businesses related to wind power generation.

The Qichacha app shows that recently, Sichuan Zhonghe Hengding Technology Co., Ltd. was established, with Di Chao as the legal representative and registered capital of 2 million RMB. Its business scope includes: research and development of emerging energy technologies; energy management services; research and development of high-efficiency energy-saving technologies in the power industry; energy storage technology services; and wind power technology services. According to Qichacha's equity penetration display, the company is jointly held by Beijing Zhonghe Nengtou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Jinshi Hengding Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jinshi Technology.
