Public information indicates that "20 Longfor 06" has an interest start date of August 7th, 2020, a term of 7 years, an issuance size of 1 billion yuan, and an interest rate of 4.3%. According to the results of investors' put options, the total repayment amount for Longfor this time is 950.44 million yuan, including principal of 907.44 million yuan and interest of 43 million yuan. After the completion of the repayment for "20 Longfor 06", Longfor has already repaid over 10 billion yuan in public bonds within the year.
