Shenzhen has initiated a Level Three flood prevention emergency response, and all parks in the city are implementing park closure management.

According to the news from the Shenzhen Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, the Shenzhen Flood Control Headquarters upgraded the city's flood control level from Level IV to Level III emergency response at 4:15 am on August 5th. In order to ensure the safety of residents and tourists, all parks in the city will be closed and their parking lots will be simultaneously closed in accordance with emergency response requirements. Once the flood control emergency response level is lowered to Level IV or canceled, the parks will reopen. If there are any special circumstances that require a delay in reopening, the decision will be based on the situation at the park.
