According to the Qichacha app, Beijing Zhonggong Zhixue Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Li Delin as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: artificial intelligence application software development; software sales; software outsourcing services; and artificial intelligence basic software development. The equity penetration of Qichacha shows that the company is fully owned by Zhonggong Education.
