Jing Yaping, a bureau-level cadre of the Guizhou Provincial Big Data Development Administration, has been expelled from the Party and dismissed from public office.

After investigation, Jing Yaping, as a party member leader and national public official, has lost her ideals and beliefs, betrayed her original intentions and missions, disregarded the spirit of the central eight rules, accepted gifts that may affect the fair execution of public duties, and handed over expenses that should have been paid by herself to others. She violated organizational principles by not truthfully reporting personal matters; she was greedy, engaged in power-for-money transactions, and used her position to seek benefits for others in project approvals and project contracts, illegally accepting large amounts of money and property.
