Digital asset platform Bullish, headquartered in the Cayman Islands, plans to issue 20.3 million shares of stock with a price range of $28 to $31 per share, expecting to raise approximately $599 million. Some investors have already committed to subscribing for $200 million worth of stock, accounting for 33% of the total offering.
