Hainan Airlines responds to the issue of PLUS member card PIN leakage.

Hainan Airlines stated that there have been issues of card password leakage or unauthorized activation and use of benefits cards purchased by a few passengers. The seller has verified and classified all card passwords, and has repaired the system to enhance card password security management to prevent similar incidents. If passengers who have purchased cards find that the card password has been activated and used without their knowledge, they can communicate with the seller to choose to return the card or receive a new card password. After the new card password is issued, the original card password will be invalidated.
