In the era when AI large models are sweeping the world, "computing power is productivity" has become a consensus across industries. Recently, the Shanghai Municipal Administration of Communications issued a notice proposing to organize the "Computing Power Pujiang" 2025 Computing Power Infrastructure high-quality development special action, aiming to promote the high-quality development of computing power infrastructure, drive the mutual empowerment of Shanghai's information and communication industry and artificial intelligence, and help build a world-class artificial intelligence industry cluster. The notice states that Shanghai will accelerate the construction of computing power centers under construction, with no less than 5 large-scale computing power centers newly built by the end of 2025, and the city will strive to achieve a total computing power of over 100 EFLOPS. At the same time, Shanghai will speed up the interconnection of computing power.
