Wisdom Financial News App News, Delin Holdings (01709) announced that on August 4, 2025 (after trading hours), the independent investment portfolio of the Cayman Islands private equity fund managed by the Group entered into a subscription agreement (subscription agreement) with Pangu Software Pte Ltd (Pangu). Accordingly, the fund conditionally agreed to subscribe for 1,041 ordinary shares at a total cost of $1 million (subscription matter), and was granted a further subscription option to subscribe for another 1,041 ordinary shares at a total cost of $1 million (subscription option, together referred to as "investment"). As of the date of this announcement, the investment manager of the fund is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group, with the Group holding approximately 11.7% equity interest in the fund.
