Sun Group partners with Swire Properties to enhance the sustainable development performance of its retail stores.

On August 4th, Kaixin Group and Swire Properties announced the establishment of a partnership with sustainable development at its core, aiming to enhance Kaixin Group's environmental, social, and corporate governance performance in all new and existing stores within Swire Properties' shopping malls in mainland China and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. It is understood that Kaixin Group and its brands will incorporate sustainable development considerations into the entire leasing cycle of retail stores by participating in the "Green Retail Partnership". Swire Properties will provide technical guidance for Kaixin Group's new stores, guiding them in practicing sustainable design and decoration. The two parties will also strengthen data monitoring and sharing, and improve the environmental performance of store operations.
