(Haibosi Innovation), which includes the establishment of a joint venture company. It is recommended that the joint venture company be named Energy Crystal (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd. (tentative name, subject to final approval by the Market Supervision Administration). The joint venture company will mainly engage in AI technology services in the direction of electricity trading. At the time of establishment, the company will hold 19% of the joint venture company's equity, and its financial performance will not be consolidated into the group's comprehensive financial statements. The company and Haibosi Innovation will establish the joint venture company as soon as feasible.
