The Zhitong Financial APP news reports that Tongyuan Kang Medicine-B (02410.HK) announced that all conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met and completed on August 4, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 9.23 million shares at a placement price of HK$17.01 per share to no fewer than six underwriters.
