In July 2025, the TOP 50 companies had a total of approximately 50.48 million square meters of new contract area, with the scale of leading companies continuing to expand; the average new contract area was 1.01 million square meters. Among them, Shimao Service Holding Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yongsheng Property Management Co., Ltd., and China Merchants Bureau Jiyu Industrial Operation Service Co., Ltd. have rapidly expanded their scale, with new contract areas exceeding 3.3 million square meters.
