Shengda Network has poached Dai Jifeng and is planning to establish a new AGI company to rival DeepSeek.

Recently, Grand Network poached Associate Professor Dai Jifeng from the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, who is preparing to start a new AGI company, claiming to be "benchmarking DeepSeek." Several technical talents have already been contacted by headhunters and introduced to job opportunities within the team. Currently, the project is in the core team recruitment stage. One of the key figures in the project, Dai Jifeng, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronic Engineering at Tsinghua University, focusing on foundational models and core algorithms for visual information understanding. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Researcher and Research Manager in the Visual Group at Microsoft Research Asia, joined the Research Institute of SenseTime Technology as Executive Research Director in 2019, and returned full-time to Tsinghua University in 2022.
