Notice from Zhenyou Technology: The controlling shareholder of the company, Wu Minhua, and the concerted action party Ningbo Zhenyou Enterprise Management Partnership Enterprise, intend to transfer 9.63 million shares, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital of the company, to Shenzhen Century Zhiyuan Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. through an agreement transfer at a price of 22.13 yuan per share, with a total transfer price of 213 million yuan. Before this equity change, Wu Minhua held 32.14 million shares of the company directly, accounting for 16.70% of the total share capital, and his concerted action party Ningbo Zhenyou held 28.855 million shares, accounting for 14.99% of the total share capital. After this equity change, Wu Minhua's direct shareholding remains unchanged, Ningbo Zhenyou holds 19.225 million shares, accounting for 9.98% of the total share capital, and Zhiyuan Capital holds 9.63 million shares, accounting for 5.00% of the total share capital.
