On August 4th, the official WeChat account of Hezhong New Energy Management announced that potential investors of Nezha Auto should pay a registration deposit of 50 million RMB to a designated account by September 15, 2025 at 17:00. Potential investors must submit the registration materials and pay the deposit by the specified time to be considered as registered. Otherwise, the registration will be deemed invalid or forfeited. As of the time of the announcement, according to the Alibaba asset platform, Nezha Auto has already received interest from 53 potential investors for restructuring.
