Jiading International Group (08153.HK) completed the issuance of 18.3414 million new shares.

The Zhitong Finance APP reported that Jading International Group (08153.HK) announced that all the preconditions for the placement have been met, and the placement was completed on August 4, 2025, with 18.3414 million new shares issued to no less than six placing agents (all independent third parties). The net proceeds of approximately 1.38 million Hong Kong dollars from the placement will be used for the general operating capital of the Group.
