Hebei real estate company Mingfang Real Estate entered Beijing and acquired a piece of land in Changping for 1.369 billion yuan. Longhu will provide construction services.

On July 31st, the second phase of the New City East District in Changping, Beijing was successfully sold. The winning bidder was the recently established Beijing Xinenxiang Ruizhe Real Estate Co., Ltd., with Hebei Wuan City Mingfang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. behind it. It is understood that Longfor Group Co., Ltd. will be involved in the construction of the project on behalf of Longfor Longzhizao under its control.
