Provide each person with a subsidy of 900-1700 yuan for courses. Hunan issues new policies on entrepreneurship training management.

Recently, the Human Resources Department and the Finance Department of Hunan Province jointly issued the "Hunan Province Entrepreneurial Training Management Measures", which aims to help entrepreneurs improve their entrepreneurial capabilities and success rates by increasing subsidized courses, standardizing training processes, upgrading subsidy mechanisms, and strengthening institutional supervision. The "Measures" officially took effect on July 25th and will be valid for 5 years. The "Measures" promote the GYB entrepreneurial training courses, with a focus on supporting college students to participate in the training. The subsidized training courses include GYB, SYB, IYB, EYB, online entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial simulation training, and "Rural Uplift" entrepreneurial training courses, creating a complete chain of nurturing system for entrepreneurs from idea to opening, covering the entire entrepreneurial cycle. According to the "Measures", Hunan Province has innovatively introduced a two-stage subsidy for courses and post-training services. The subsidy standards for entrepreneurs participating in training courses are: 900 yuan/person for GYB courses; 1400 yuan/person for SYB courses; 1600 yuan/person for IYB courses; 1700 yuan/person for online entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial simulation training, and "Rural Uplift" entrepreneurial training; EYB training costs are jointly borne by individuals and the finance department.
