On August 4th, Bank of Communications announced adjustments to some debit card fees, calling it an enhancement of cross-border financial service experience. They will soon launch the Mastercard Dual Currency Debit Card. The fees for some services on the Mastercard Dual Currency Debit Card are different from those of regular debit cards. The adjusted service fees are scheduled to take effect on November 4, 2025.
