Bank of Communications will soon launch a dual-currency Mastercard debit card with some adjustments to its fee standards.

On August 4th, Bank of Communications announced adjustments to some debit card fees, claiming it as an enhancement to the experience of cross-border financial services. They will soon launch the MasterCard dual-currency debit card. The service fees for some items of the MasterCard dual-currency debit card are different from the standard debit card. The adjusted service fees are scheduled to be implemented starting from November 4, 2025.
