Xiangyu Medical has established a new subsidiary that includes multiple AI-related businesses.

According to the Qichacha app, Tianjin Jiechuang Rui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Li Zhifeng as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: integrated services for artificial intelligence industry application systems; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; and artificial intelligence entrepreneurship service platform, etc. Qichacha's equity penetration display shows that the company is wholly owned by Xiangyu Medical.
