On August 4th, the China Foreign Exchange Trading System (CFETS) Dealer Association issued a notice to Shanghai Xiangyu Management Consulting Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Tengwen Industrial Development Co., Ltd. regarding the results of their self-disciplinary investigation. The Association found that you are suspected of violating relevant self-disciplinary rules of the interbank market, and hereby inform you of the investigation results according to regulations. As we are unable to contact you, this notice is delivered in the form of a public announcement. You have 10 working days from the date of this announcement to receive the relevant notification letter, failure to do so will be deemed as no objection. Subsequently, the Association will proceed with disciplinary actions in accordance with regulations, and if you fail to respond, it will be considered as no objection to the disciplinary actions.
