Bank of Communications announced adjustments to some debit card fee standards and will launch a Mastercard dual-currency debit card.

On August 4th, Bank of Communications announced adjustments to some of its debit card fees and will soon launch the Mastercard Dual-Currency Debit Card. The service fees for some items on the Mastercard Dual-Currency Debit Card are different from standard debit cards, as follows: Debit card issuance fee: 20 yuan per card for new cards; 20 yuan per card for card replacement. Overseas ATM inquiry transaction fee: 0.54 USD per transaction. Overseas ATM withdrawal transaction fee: 1.8% of the withdrawal amount + 1 USD per transaction. Retrieval of signed sales draft fee: 25 yuan per electronic item. The adjusted service fee standards will be effective starting from November 4, 2025.
