Ant Financial issued bonds for the first time, issuing 2 billion RMB financial bonds starting Monday.

Chongqing Ant Consumer Finance Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue a 3-year financial bond in the China Interbank Market starting from August 4th, with a planned issuance size of 2 billion RMB. The announcement, dated July 25th, stated that according to the rating results of United Credit Rating Co., Ltd., the issuer has a credit rating of AAA, and the bond also has a credit rating of AAA. According to the attachment of another announcement, the subscription range for the bond's face interest rate is 1.70%-2.40%, and the subscription period is from 9:00 to 18:00 on August 4th.
