The Emergency Management Bureau of Guiping City, Guangxi Province reported on the evening of August 3 that due to continuous heavy rainfall in recent days, at around 17:30 on August 2, 2025, four dilapidated houses near the riverbank in the vicinity of Jiahe Market in Nanmu Town, Guiping City collapsed. These four dilapidated houses had been designated as dangerous and awaiting disposal in July. The relevant departments of Guiping City and the People's Government of Nanmu Town had organized the safe relocation of residents and important materials in advance, and had implemented control measures in the area and arranged for staff to conduct real-time monitoring. There were no casualties in this incident.
