Mexican eastern prison riot leaves 7 dead

The Public Safety Department of the state of Veracruz in eastern Mexico released a report on the 3rd stating that a riot broke out in a prison in the city of Tuxpan in the state, resulting in 7 deaths and 11 injuries.
