China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation: Vice President Li Xianlin resigns.

Guoyao Modern announced on the evening of August 3rd that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation application from the company's Vice President Li Xianlin. Due to reaching retirement age, Li Xianlin has applied to resign from the position of Vice President of the company and all other positions held in the company and its subsidiaries. The effective date of resignation is August 3, 2025.
