Hua Ren Pharmaceutical: Hongta Innovation Plan reduces its stake in the company by no more than 1%.

Huaren Pharmaceutical announced that, starting from the day of the announcement of the Red Tower Innovation Plan's reduction plan, within three months after fifteen trading days, it will reduce its holdings by no more than 1% of the total share capital of the company through centralized bidding, i.e. not more than 11.82 million shares.
