Changqing Technology announced that shareholders Shenchuang Investment, its concerted actors, Guorun No. 9, and Changzhou Coral plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 8,247,300 shares through centralized bidding and/or block trading within 90 consecutive natural days after 15 trading days, accounting for 5.98% of the total share capital of the company. The reason for the reduction is the shareholders' own capital needs.
