Hubei's 11 cities issued an orange high-temperature warning, with local temperatures reaching over 39 degrees Celsius.

On August 3rd, at 15:10, the Hubei Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued a high temperature orange provincial-level warning: It is expected that on August 4th, during the day, except for the western high-altitude areas, most areas of Hubei Province will experience temperatures rising to 37C or above. In some areas such as Shiyan, Xiangyang, Suizhou, Enshi, Yichang, Xiaogan, Wuhan, Ezhou, Huanggang, Huangshi, and Xianning, temperatures may reach 39C or higher. Please take precautions.
