The procuratorial organs of Ningxia have decided to arrest Zhang Bin and Liu Guoren in accordance with the law.

The case of Zhang Bin, former member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Emergency Management Bureau of Shizuishan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, suspected of bribery, was investigated and concluded by the Shizuishan City Supervisory Committee and transferred to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution. Upon referral by the Procuratorate of Shizuishan City, the People's Procuratorate of Dawukou District of Shizuishan City handled the case. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Dawukou District of Shizuishan City decided to arrest the criminal suspect Zhang Bin on suspicion of bribery according to law. The case is still under further investigation. The case of Liu Guoren, former member of the Party group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Longde County, Guyuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, suspected of bribery, was investigated and concluded by the Guyuan City Supervisory Committee and transferred to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution. Upon referral by the Procuratorate of Guyuan City, the People's Procuratorate of Pengyang County handled the case. Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Pengyang County decided to arrest the criminal suspect Liu Guoren on suspicion of bribery according to law. The case is still under further investigation.
