Involving the construction of enterprise credit files, three national standards for credit supervision have been revised and published.
Today, reporters learned that the State Administration for Market Regulation has revised and issued three national standards: "Requirements for Enterprise Credit Data Items," "Requirements for Enterprise Credit File Information," and "Guidelines for Enterprise Credit Information Collection, Processing and Provision." These standards provide systematic guidance for the collection, processing, sharing of credit information, and the construction of credit files for enterprises.
The "Requirements for Enterprise Credit Data Items" stipulates the categories, data items, and description requirements of enterprise credit information, applicable to enterprise credit management and the exchange and sharing of enterprise credit information among government departments and various institutions. The "Requirements for Enterprise Credit File Information" establishes the basic principles for establishing enterprise credit files, specifies the classification, sources, and information requirements of enterprise credit file information, and is applicable to enterprises, government departments, and social organizations for establishing credit files and exchanging information.
The "Guidelines for Enterprise Credit Information Collection, Processing and Provision" provides guidance on enterprise credit information collection, processing, and provision, applicable to activities related to collecting, processing, and providing enterprise credit information. The three revised standards respectively revise the categories and composition of enterprise credit data items, the classification, sources, and items of credit file information, as well as the content, methods, and procedures for information collection, processing, and provision.
These revisions will provide standardized support for bridging the credit information data base among different departments, regions, and industries, serving as an effective tool to solve issues related to standard coordination, system integration, and resource sharing.
