The Wushang Group announced on July 31st that the company's board secretary, Li Xuan, has reached retirement age and has completed the retirement procedures. He will no longer serve as the board secretary of the company or hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries. The company will promptly appoint a new board secretary. During the vacancy of the board secretary position, the board of directors has designated the deputy general manager, Zhong Ziqin, to perform the duties of the board secretary.
