Shenzhen: Complete construction of Shenzhen Low Altitude Operations Headquarters Base by the end of 2026.

The Development and Reform Commission of Shenzhen Municipality released the "High-quality Construction Plan for Low-altitude Infrastructure in Shenzhen." Among them, it proposed to complete the construction of the Shenzhen Low-altitude Operations Headquarters Base by the end of 2026, create a full-scene demonstration center in Longhua Zhangkengjing, and realize various application scenarios such as low-altitude logistics, manned flight, and high and low altitude integration. By the end of 2026, the first-phase expansion project of the Yantian District Air Navigation Support Base will be completed to expand formats such as manned flight, flight training, and flight camps. By the end of 2026, new low-altitude application demonstration points will be established in locations such as Shekou cruise home port, Shenye Upper Town, Hohai Center, Donghu Park, Wutong Mountain, Guangming Science City, Baguang area, and Hetao, promoting the rapid development of new formats such as low-altitude cross-border flight, logistics transportation, cultural tourism consumption, etc.
