It also involves using various media channels to strengthen the dissemination and interpretation of population and reproductive policies, actively responding to social concerns, encouraging the creation of more outstanding artistic works that promote the new culture of marriage and childbearing, cultivating new brands that embody the new culture of marriage and childbearing, and actively utilizing the advantages of propaganda and education of mass organizations to encourage and guide communities, units, and young families to participate and jointly create a child-friendly atmosphere.
