Starting from August 1st, the 20-day special operation "Clear SkyChengdu World University Games Internet Environment Remediation" will be launched. The special operation will focus on addressing six prominent issues related to the World University Games: spreading false information related to the World University Games and public policies of the relevant areas, fabricating rumors of potential disasters, illegal activities, food quality issues, and other false information that may cause panic, especially continuing to spread rumors after authoritative clarifications have been made. It also includes disseminating information that discriminates against certain groups or regions, inciting group conflicts, and maliciously damaging the image of the host city and relevant areas. Unauthorized conduct of internet news information services related to the World University Games; using artificial intelligence technology to produce and distribute false event videos. Using the same or similar names, domains, logos, pages, etc., to impersonate the World University Games websites, mobile applications, quick applications, mini-programs; impersonating official institutions of related areas, news media, etc., in account names, avatars, introductions, live streams, or short video backgrounds. Organizing "human flesh searches," intentionally leaking personal privacy information of athletes, referees, coaches, etc., inducing cyber violence; engaging in negative behaviors in sports circles such as tearing each other down, insulting each other, affecting athletes' training and the event organization. One-sided or distorted dissemination of information related to sudden events, impersonating the identity of parties involved, and stirring up old stories.
